Career Love

Thinking back to my childhood, I remember playing in my bedroom.  I always pretended that I was a teacher and my dolls and stuffed animals were the students.  At that point in my life it seemed like a distant dream of mine. Nonetheless, it was a dream that I knew would eventually become a reality.

Grateful for my first opportunity to teach and give back to my community, I was honored to teach amongst some of the most exceptional women who taught me when I was a young girl.  They were truly an inspiration in shaping me into the educator that I am today.  I hope that one day I will get the opportunity to show my appreciation for the hard work and dedication they put into me.

In the meantime, I promise to make them proud by loving my craft and continuing to shape the minds of our future.  I have been in love with the art of teaching since I can remember. I will strive to pass on the fire of learning that lives in me to each student that enters my classroom.

I can only hope that I will be remembered as the teacher who made a difference.
